Job Description
Under the responsibility of the Production Manager and the driver, the crushing driver monitors and regulates one or more phases of paper pulp production on automated machines according to safety rules, environmental standards and production requirements (quality, costs, deadlines). ...).
He or she checks the condition of the equipment and carries out operations and adjustments on the installations. He or she checks the conformity of the dough and applies corrective measures as necessary. The crushing operator may be required to control the purification systems and manage the installations remotely and analyze operating data and carry out reports (production, energy consumption, etc.).
He or she carries out eight-hourly checks of the boiler room.
He or she works in close collaboration with manufacturing operators in order to inform, receive, ensure and transmit various technical information on the process to those concerned. He or she depends on the Driver to keep them informed of a possible maintenance problem. He or she reports and receives manufacturing orders.

- Use control and measuring instruments (scale, viscometer, etc.)
- Know the processes for preparing paper pulp
- Work in a team, have a sense of service, be able to replace a work colleague on a problem
- Basic knowledge of regulation
The position is generally accessible with a CAP/BEP level diploma at Bac (professional, technological) in maintenance of automated mechanical systems, operation of industrial systems, paper industries, etc.
It is also accessible with professional experience in industrial production without a specific diploma.
One or more Certificate(s) of Fitness for Safe Driving - CACES - conditioned by medical fitness to be renewed periodically may be required.
