The Managing Director defines the overall strategy of the company and supervises its execution.

He has dual responsibilities, both strategic and operational:

Upstream, the Director with the management executives ensures the definition of the strategy (objectives and means) for the company.

They must therefore:

• develop company modernization and development objectives,

• define the main lines of the commercial policy, distribution and conquest of new markets.

Downstream, they supervise and manage the means (organizational, technical, human, financial, logistical, etc.) to achieve the assigned objectives.

The general management function includes:

• He assumes economic and social responsibility taking into account the quality, environmental and safety aspects of the company.

• It guarantees the collective know-how and assets on which Gemdoubs ensures its sustainability.

• It anticipates short and medium term management decisions.
