Job Description
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the ERA (Electricity-Regulation-Automation) technician guarantees the proper functioning of production tools by carrying out preventive and curative maintenance of equipment, materials and buildings, in compliance with the rules of safety, maintenance plan and according to production requirements.
This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Autonomous in carrying out his work and link between the ERA maintenance workshop and production. His trips are very frequent internally.
Hours are generally regular but with possible restrictions or emergencies. He or she must be very available and mobile to respond to the needs and vagaries of production.
Required Skills
• Master electricity, regulation and automation
• Master the industrial process and the main technologies of each workshop
• Know how to diagnose a breakdown situation and act accordingly (on-call)
• Master the operation of programmable controllers
• Know the machine park
• Know how to read electrical diagrams and use technical documentation
• Organize with rigor and logic
• Ability to propose technical solutions for new installations
• Ability to intervene with the service mechanic in the event of major mechanical breakdowns during on-call duty
• Master CMMS, Autocad software, PCS7 Siemens and other equivalent equipment
• Master office tools such as Excel, messaging
• Update your technological knowledge and constantly adapt
• Analyze methodically and resolve various technical or relational problems, often in an emergency
• Communicate with various people
• Be available, organized
This job/profession is accessible with a BTS CIRA level diploma - industrial control, regulation and automation - or Bac level with several years of professional experience in ERA maintenance.
Obligation to cover electrical risks (low and high voltage).
Authorization to drive handling equipment required.
