Job Description
Under the supervision of the Plant Director as well as the Administrative, Financial and IT Director (DAFI), the ADV manager manages customer orders and invoicing, production planning and also ensures the proper delivery of products. . He or she transmits the necessary information allowing inventory management.
This position reports to the DAFI.
Autonomous in the execution of his work and link between the store and production, he or she is responsible for ensuring the supply plan in order to provide finished products to the shipping department.
His trips are very frequent internally. Hours are generally regular.
Required Skills
• Commercial techniques and ADV processing (order entry and delivery) and after-sales service
• Organization of the supply chain, knowledge of planning and inventory management
• Basic elements in accounting and administrative management
• Use of office tools (such as Word, Excel, messaging) and CMMS and CAPM tools
• Collection of information, guarantee of reliability:
- Be rigorous in entering, tracing calls and sharing information in the IS
- Guarantee the reliability of inventory and reporting information (notably order portfolio)
• Have good logical sense, be rigorous, organized and follow procedures: be able to meet management objectives; be able to anticipate, manage several files simultaneously, manage time and priorities; plan and meet deadlines
• Dynamic, available, curious, reactive, sense of initiative, adaptation to situations and people (e.g. alerting the logistics department in advance if a need for replenishment is anticipated)
• Knowledge of languages (fluent business English at least)
• Calculate, enjoy working with numerical data
• Work in a team, have a sense of service, be able to replace a work colleague on a file
The bac +2 level is generally required, BTS commercial action training, bac +2 type SME / SMI management, or even DUT marketing techniques.
Experience: the job is accessible to people with initial experience (1 year) in a sales assistant role or, if possible, experience in a similar role, or in purchasing.
